i was paralyzed

Have you ever experienced Sleep Paralysis?

It’s a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It occurs when a person passes between stages of wakefulness and sleep. During these transitions, you may be unable to move or speak. (WebMD)

I’ve experienced Sleep Paralysis many times where I would try to talk or yell but nothing came out. I would feel totally FROZEN.

Each time I experienced these intense moments I would wake up, heart racing and in excruciating fear.

Can you imagine living day-to-day in a state of paralysis like this?

This is what life is like when you allow fear to take over.

You live completely paralyzed.

But, if you are willing to to do things completely differently, think differently, take radical action, and get support being frozen completely melts away.

The last time I recall experiencing Sleep Paralysis was in early 2013 during a deep depression. I felt lost, confused, I wanted to hide out from others, and fear completely took over berating me with, "You're not good enough you loser!"

However, 8 months later it all began to melt away. I was no longer willing to be a shell of a woman, I invested in support, and I started taking actions to move through the fears.

And as the story goes, I created my very own successful self-employed business so other women would no longer have to experience their own version of paralysis.

If what I shared here resonates, I invite you to email me and let me know what stands out here for you. It’s important you know you are NOT alone and it's essential you no longer experience paralysis ESPECIALLY if you know you are meant to pursue your Non-Nine-to-Five Purpose.

Seeing you Successfully Self-Employed,

- Jen

shared this week on our private forum how she moved through her own paralysis:

“I had a VIP Day with Jen where we laid down steps to begin to create more aligned pricing for my yoga work. I knew I needed to raise my prices, but I was really afraid because I didn’t know if I could do it. Well, today I am celebrating that I stuck to my guns with my new prices and my private yoga client confirmed that she will be enrolling into my 6-month program this week!! Can I get a whoop whoop?!”
