the dual approach

The dual approach to successful self-employment is this: 1. The Inner Work - having an exceptionally high EQ - having an exceptional level of self-awareness - mastering the true difference between intuition and fear - willingness to deeply self-explore EVERY SINGLE DAY 2. The Outer Work - committing to practical action steps in spite of fear or doubt - consistently taking practical action steps in spite of fear or doubt - recognizing and taking action on areas that need to change or be upleveled. Let’s focus on the inner work . . . Doing the inner work can be one of the MOST excruciatingly painful never-ending processes one can experience. There’s no arrival with the inner work, no finish line with a trophy.

(Are you wondering who the heck would want to touch this with a ten-foot pole?)

Yet, it is the MOST rewarding work one can do on themselves which ultimately leads to more fulfillment, deeper connection to purpose, healthier relationships, better communication, courageous acts led by intuition, and self-actualization. For many this is of zero interest. However, for many others it’s exactly what they’ve wanted their entire lives. From day one I knew in my heart I had to lead my business with the dual approach. Intuitively, I know there’s no way one can truly create what she wants without the inner work. I mean, she can potentially do it BUT this will ultimately lead to a woman who is broken, burnt-out and isn’t whole. Is there a woman in your life perhaps a colleague, friend, or family member who has the call for self-employment, wants to connect deeply to her purpose, is willing to do the inner work but doesn’t know where to start? Please email me and CC her on the email. I would love to introduce myself and see if the dual approach is a match for her. We’re almost at the end of 2022. Imagine knowing you had a helpful hand in guiding this woman to Non-Nine-to-Five support – what a beautiful gift. Seeing you and those around you Successfully Self-Employed, - Jen P.S: Doing really deep inner work is not for the faint of heart but the women at The Non-Nine-to-Five™ are willing to do it because they know that to truly follow one’s unique Non-Nine-to-Five purpose and create successful self-employment requires the dual approach.
