this is detrimental

At my last full-time job I felt massively disconnected.

I was disconnected from the job requirements, expectations, and structure which ultimately led me to feeling disconnected from myself and my purpose.

When you are disconnected you feel confused and crummy.

When you are connected you feel clear and confident.

Considering that on average people work 40+ hours a week, experiencing disconnect will have long lasting detrimental effects to your overall well-being and livelihood.

So, how can you move from disconnection to connection?

1. Ask yourself if this job is where you are meant to truly be.

HINT: Deep down you know the answer to this.

2. If the answer is no, ask yourself what direction you are meant to go in.

HINT: You already have a sense what direction this is.

3. Get support and ask for help.

HINT: Value yourself by valuing an expert’s support.

"I am celebrating that on my last Private Coaching Call with Jen she supported me in beginning to create a financial plan for my business. After our call I began to take the actions she coached me through, and I was amazed to see that I am actually generating MORE income in my business than in my part-time job!" – Nicole K.
